This project was centered around designing and building a modern website for a luxury apartment building in Brooklyn, with a strong focus on clean visuals, usability, and a premium feel throughout.I started in Figma by exploring a few layout directions and defining the overall visual style. The goal from the beginning was to keep things minimal but still impactful — using a lot of whitespace, strong typography, and large imagery to let the apartments and the building speak for themselves. Instead of overloading the interface with elements, I focused on creating a clear structure and a smooth browsing experience.
The initial phase included wireframing the main pages and mapping out the user flow. I structured the site in a way that reflects how people naturally browse real estate — starting with a strong first impression, followed by key information like amenities and available units, and ending with clear call-to-actions. Every section had a purpose, and I tried to avoid anything that didn’t add value.Once the design direction was locked, I moved into high-fidelity designs in Figma. I built a consistent system of components (navigation, buttons, cards, sections) that could be reused across the entire project. Typography and spacing played a big role here — small adjustments made a big difference in achieving that high-end look.
A big part of this project was setting up a flexible CMS structure in Webflow that makes the site easy to manage without breaking the design.I created multiple CMS collections to handle different types of content, mainly:
apartment listings
amenities
gallery images
Each collection was carefully structured with the right fields so content could be added or updated without needing to touch the layout. For example, apartment listings include key details like pricing, floor plans, availability, and images — all connected dynamically to the design.I also made sure that everything stays visually consistent regardless of the content being added. This meant thinking ahead and designing layouts that can handle different text lengths, image ratios, and data variations without falling apart.Another important part was linking CMS content across different sections of the site. For example, featured apartments and galleries were pulled dynamically, which helps keep the site updated automatically without duplicating content.
